About Cody Heller

My name is Cody Heller, and I have been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2015. I am a dedicated and committed Realtor who consistently goes above and beyond for my clients. In addition to my work as a Realtor, I am also a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Idaho. This unique combination gives me a distinct advantage in guiding clients to make informed decisions and secure the best possible price when buying or selling a home.

I grew up in Marsing, Idaho, and as a lifelong Treasure Valley native, I maintain strong ties throughout the community. In 2009, I graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in Business Management, later earning a Master’s Degree in Education. Before entering real estate, I spent six years managing gyms and working as a personal trainer. During that time, I developed a passion for helping others succeed, which naturally transitioned into a career where I could serve my community on an even greater level. Real estate has allowed me to combine my love of people, business, and local connections.

My goal is to make the process of buying and selling real estate both enjoyable and rewarding. I strive to ensure every client walks away not only with a successful transaction but also with confidence that they received the best possible deal.

Over the years, I have worked hard to educate myself across many aspects of real estate. While my primary focus is the residential housing market, I am also experienced in Farm & Ranch, New Construction, Commercial, Industrial, and Investment Properties. This broad knowledge allows me to provide valuable insight across a wide range of property types.

In addition to my full-time real estate career, I coach middle school & high school football and track in Eagle & Nampa. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hunting, fishing, and exploring the beautiful outdoors of Idaho.
