We were able to update Roof, Windows, Insulation, HVAC, Electrical and new Pellet Stove insert and close within 45 days. Within Days of closing they sold our house at full asking price. We closed on that within 10 days. This was all possible, due to their Knowledge and Experience in all types of available property and available financing.

The Larison Team went the extra mile for us. We moved to Idaho from Texas and had very little knowledge of the area. Jan Larison helped us find "our" area and a "great" house. When my husband became disabled, we again called Jan. She helped us sell our current home and get us into a new single-level home. She has always been responsive to our many requests and questions and has been instrumental in helping us get "settled in".

It took a little bit to get our house sold, but we were in a location that, it was going to take just the right person to want to live, Jan was always quick to respond to any questions I had, With my husband not in town to help with everything.
